Supplementary Allotmet & School Transfer

Students who joined any school through Single Window (ഏകജാലകം ) can apply for school transfer. The application is to be submitted at the school where they joined. Students can apply for school transfer as well as combination transfer. Transfer will be allotted based on WGPA and the availability of seats. Vacancy for school transfer will be published in Single Window website on 8th July

Students who have not got any admission yet can apply for supplementary allotment on 14th July. Vacancy for supplementary allotment will be published on 14th July. Students can apply only to the vacant seats. Renewal application is to be submitted at the school where they submitted the print out of online application for verification. Renewal Form can be downloaded from HSCAP website on 14th July

Students who havenot submitted any application yet can submit new application to any school. Application forms will be available at schools

Second allotment published

Second allotment published...admissions on 29th,30th June and 1st July .......Vacancy and notification for school transfer will be published on 8th July...Plus one classes commence on 8th July..Vacany and notification for supplementary allotment will be published on 14th July....

Students who joined provisionally ( Temporary admission) should remit the fee and complete the admission process. Those who got higher option should collect their documents from school admission commitee on 29th June and join the new school allotted.

 

Community Rank list will be published officially on 29th June...Select list will be published on 29th June...Admission in community ,management seats will begin on 1st July

Library cum Audio Visual room Inauguration

The newly constructed audio visual room and Library  will be inaugurated by Sri Jose K Mani MP at 10.am on 26th June 2015. Thanks a ton to Sri Jose K Mani who helped us to materialise this by allotting  fund from MPLADS

Second Allotment

Single Window second allotment will be published on 29th June.

Sports quota second special allotment published. Admission on 22nd and 23rd June.

Management, community merit admissions will be after second allotment on 29th June. Community rank list and select list will be published on 29th June. Admission is on 1st July.

First Allotment Published

Single Window First Allotment  published on 16th June..Candidates should take allotment letters from HSCAP. All documents like TC, Conduct certificate, NCC Certificate , other bonus certificates should be produced at the time of admission.Admission dates June16,17,18

Sports Quota First special allotment will be on 17th June

Trial Allotment Published

The Trial Allotment in Single Window Admission System is published. Candidates can view their allotment in www.hscap.kerala.gov.in. Students can add more options if needed. This is the last chance for correcting the errors in applications. To effect changes apply to the school in the correction format
